Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Group KAP presents a unique blend of ketamine’s transformative potential and the power of shared therapeutic experiences. This approach not only addresses the complex nature of depression with ketamine’s established antidepressant effects, but also nurtures a supportive community, essential for sustained mental well-being. Shared experiences can be a powerful space to explore our differences and what’s common to our human experience, with potential for meaningful, lasting connections and support.
The program includes 25+ hours of therapy, emphasizing the preparation and integration in addition to the experiential dosing sessions, in an intimate group format that’s limited to just 9 participants. Our approach aims to cultivate a nurturing community centered on healing and personal growth while allowing greater accessibility and affordability of psychedelic therapy.

ketamine’s transformative potential
+
the power of community and shared therapeutic experiences
Our approach to Group KAP healing includes
- Assessment: establishing a baseline and understanding of well being and areas of current challenge.
- Preparation Sessions: Building a safe environment and educating participants about the process.
- Ketamine Experiential Sessions: Guided experiences where participants explore their inner psyche, often gaining new insights into their depression.
- Integration Sessions: Group discussions post-sessions to process and apply these insights to real-life challenges.
Benefits of the group format
- Shared Healing: The group setting allows members to share their experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding. This collective journey can be especially healing for those with depression, as it counters feelings of isolation and disconnection.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Group sessions make this innovative treatment more accessible, reducing the financial burden often associated with individual therapy.
- Amplified Therapeutic Effects: Learning from others’ experiences and insights can provide additional perspectives and coping strategies, which is invaluable for those grappling with depression.
- Building Support Networks: The communal aspect of KAP groups helps in building a network of support, crucial for long-term management of depression.
