Accessibility Statement
How LuminaThera approaches digital access, known limitations, feedback, and alternate ways to receive information.
Access is ongoing work.
LuminaThera wants its website and care information to be usable by people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how the site is designed, written, built, and maintained.
The goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That goal guides the work. It is not a claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms in full.
What to expect and how to ask for help.
Open a section to review the current status, known limitations, or feedback process.
What accessibility practices does the site support?
The site is designed to support clear heading structure and landmarks, keyboard navigation and visible focus, readable text and color contrast, meaningful labels, text alternatives for informative images, form labels and instructions, responsive layouts and text zoom, reduced-motion preferences, and plain-language clinical, privacy, and safety information.
Accessibility checks are included in design and development work and will continue as content, technology, and standards change.
Has the site completed a formal accessibility evaluation?
No. The site has not yet completed a formal WCAG conformance evaluation, and LuminaThera does not describe it as fully conformant. Accessibility checks are used during design and development, with more formal evaluation planned as the site and third-party services mature.
What limitations are currently known?
Areas that require continued review include embedded Google Forms and the full-window Google Forms experience, PDF documents including the downloadable Notice of Privacy Practices, event registration through Events Manager Pro, payment through Stripe, and any future scheduling or clinical-record platform.
Third-party accessibility can change independently of this website. If a service creates a barrier, contact LuminaThera. The team will help provide the information or complete the task another way when reasonably possible.
How can I report a barrier?
Email info@luminathera.com, call (614) 982-0262, or write to LuminaThera LLC, 929 Harrison Ave, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43215.
If possible, include the page or document, what happened, the browser or device involved, and the best way to respond. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history. LuminaThera aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback within three business days. Jay Karr coordinates follow-up.
Can I request another way to access information or services?
Yes. You may request a reasonable modification, communication support, alternate document format, or help understanding how to access services. LuminaThera will discuss what is reasonably available and appropriate for the situation.
For care-related questions, do not send detailed medical information through ordinary email or voicemail. The team will help move the conversation to an appropriate channel when needed.
How often is this statement reviewed?
This statement was prepared and last reviewed on July 25, 2026. LuminaThera will review it at least annually and after material changes to the site or its third-party services.
Tell us where the barrier is.
A short description is enough. LuminaThera will work with you on another way to access the information when reasonably possible.
