Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I am a fit?
Start with a consult. We look at your goals, current stability, and history, and we are honest if another path serves you better.
What if I have never done ketamine or any psychedelic?
That is common. Preparation is built for exactly this, and the session is supported and monitored throughout.
What happens in preparation?
Education, intention, nervous system support, and readiness. It is part of the work, not a formality.
What happens in integration?
We make meaning of what surfaced and connect it to action, in the active window right after a session.
What does screening involve?
A review of mental health history, current stability, and medical factors. Some conditions and medications may make ketamine inappropriate.
What support is there during a session?
Trained staff monitor onsite throughout. A clinician holds a steady, supportive presence the entire time.
What if strong emotions come up?
That can happen and is held with support. In a group, one clinician can step out to provide one-on-one care while the group continues safely.
How much time does this take?
It depends on the protocol and format. Each protocol page lists its arc. Explore Protocols
What does it cost, and what is included?
Pricing is set per program and cohort. The ketamine prescription cost is separate from program fees. Ask us about payment options.
Can I drive home after a session?
Do not drive after an experiential session. You will arrange a ride home. Your care team gives specific timing guidance.
Can you coordinate with my current therapist or doctor?
Yes, with your consent. Group work is designed to pair with your own individual therapist. We will discuss this in screening.
Can I take part if I am on medications?
Possibly. The prescriber reviews your medications during screening and coordinates as needed.
