Tending the Flame

A men's circle on the Immersion-3 protocol, offering structured, supported medicine work in the company of other men.

A flame needs tending, not proving.

Many men carry their weight alone, and call it strength. Tending the Flame is built on a different premise. What is alive in you deserves care, and the company of other men, honest, steady, without performance, can hold work that isolation cannot. The arc is the same structured container we hold for every cohort: preparation, three consecutive retreat days of supported medicine work with same-day integration, and integration to close.

The Arc

How the retreat unfolds.

A clear sequence helps you understand the next step without asking you to commit before fit is known.

01

Virtual preparation.

Group preparation sessions, held in the evening: education, intention, and readiness.

02

Welcome dinner.

The cohort gathers. The container forms before any medicine work begins.

03

Three experiential days.

A supported experiential session each day, monitored onsite, with integration the same day.

04

Virtual integration.

Evening sessions to consolidate what moved and connect it to daily life.

05

Ongoing care.

Alumni pathways continue through Maintenance.

Program Costs

Inclusive pricing.

Community Supported

A limited number of reduced-cost places on each cohort, openly counted. Pay-what-you-can floor.

Standard

Reflects the full cost of the program.

Pay It Forward

Each Pay-It-Forward seat funds one Community-Supported seat.

Exact pricing, available places, prescription-cost details, dates, and enrollment status are shown on each dated cohort page.

Plain Terms

What we will always be clear about.

  • Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic; its use for mental-health treatment is off-label and considered experimental.
  • Benefits vary, and screening decides fit.
  • Every session is monitored onsite. No take-home ketamine, and no driving afterward.
  • Confidentiality in a group is a shared commitment, not a guarantee. We talk about this in preparation.
  • In crisis? Call 911, or call or text 988. We are not a crisis service.

Questions about this program.

I have never done anything like this. Is that a problem?
No. Most men in the circle have not. Preparation is built for exactly this, and every experiential session is supported and monitored onsite.
Will I have to talk about feelings in front of strangers?
You will be invited, never forced. Most men find the honesty of the room becomes the point rather than the obstacle, at their own pace.
How is this different from a men's group without medicine?
The medicine work can soften long-held patterns enough to reach them. The circle and the integration are what help the change hold, and neither part is optional.
What does it cost?
Three transparent tiers: community-supported, standard, and pay-it-forward. Each pay-it-forward seat funds a community-supported seat. Current pricing and available places are published on each dated cohort page.

A brief consult is the simplest way to find out. We are honest about fit.
