Catalyst-2. Individual.
Two sessions. A clean jump-start.
Catalyst-2 is a brief individual ketamine-assisted psychotherapy arc: two medicine sessions held within preparation and integration. A focused entry for first-time work or a limited timeline.
Definition and fit.
Catalyst-2 is a brief individual protocol: two supported experiential sessions, each with preparation and next-day integration. Session frequency and overall pacing are tailored to your goals in treatment planning.
Best fit: first-time KAP, a focused disruptor to a stuck pattern, or depth work on a limited timeline.
Not a fit: complex, layered material that calls for a longer arc (see Depth-6), or anyone not able to complete screening.
What's included in Catalyst-2.
Preparation sessions
Two preparation sessions focused on intention, safety, and values.
Experiential sessions
Two supported experiential sessions, monitored onsite.
Integration circles
Next-day integration after each session.
Therapist coordination & check-ins
Coordination with your therapist, plus structured progress check-ins and a plain-language summary.
Step by step.
Routes and container.
Routes: Route of administration is determined collaboratively with the medical prescriber during treatment planning.
Container: Your therapist and the relationship are active ingredients, not the backdrop. Sessions are monitored onsite. There is no take-home, self-guided model.
What we will always be clear about.
- Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic; its use for mental-health treatment is off-label and considered experimental.
- Benefits vary, and screening decides fit.
- Every session is monitored onsite. No take-home ketamine, and no driving afterward.
- In crisis? Call 911, or call or text 988. We are not a crisis service.
