Depth-6. Individual.

Six sessions. A structured arc for deep change.

Depth-6 is the extended individual arc: six medicine sessions, with preparation and integration threaded throughout. For entrenched patterns and complex trauma, in collaboration with your primary therapist.

Definition and fit.

Depth-6 is a longer individual protocol: six supported experiential sessions, with three preparation sessions, next-day integration after each, and a midpoint recalibration. Session frequency and overall pacing are tailored to your goals in treatment planning.

Best fit: depth-oriented work, complex trauma, layered material, and a strong working relationship with a primary therapist.

Not a fit: a brief, focused need better served by Catalyst-2, or anyone unable to commit to the full arc.
