Immersion-3

Immersion-3 is the group retreat format: virtual preparation, three consecutive retreat days of supported medicine work, and integration after, held in one continuous container.

One container. Three days. A cumulative build.

Immersion-3 concentrates the arc of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into a single held container. Virtual preparation sessions open the work. Then come three consecutive in-person days. Each holds a supported experiential session with integration the same day, while the material is fresh. The work builds cumulatively. Each session deepens the last instead of starting cold. Virtual integration sessions close the arc. Session pacing is tailored to your goals in treatment planning.

Is Immersion-3 right for you?

This may be a fit if you are…

  • You can commit to three consecutive in-person days
  • You want depth work with momentum, a cumulative build instead of weekly restarts
  • You are drawn to doing this work in community

This may not be a fit if you are…

  • A slower weekly rhythm would serve you better. Ask about individual formats
  • You are in acute crisis or need a higher level of care right now
  • You are unable to complete medical and psychological screening

Plain Terms

What we will always be clear about.

  • Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic; its use for mental-health treatment is off-label and considered experimental.
  • Benefits vary, and screening decides fit.
  • Every session is monitored onsite. No take-home ketamine, and no driving afterward.
  • Confidentiality in a group is a shared commitment, not a guarantee. We talk about this in preparation.
  • In crisis? Call 911, or call or text 988. We are not a crisis service.
