Group-4. Group.

Community-held progress, four shared evenings.

Group-4 is a group ketamine-assisted psychotherapy format: four scheduled medicine sessions in a small cohort, with individual support alongside. For those who want the second medicine of community.

Definition and fit.

Group-4 is a group protocol: four shared experiential evenings, with preparation circles and five or more integration circles, in a group capped for safe facilitation.

Best fit: people who want community and shared reflection, and value accessibility. Group-4 pairs with your own individual therapist. This is discussed in screening.

Not a fit: anyone needing one-on-one depth as the primary container, unable to maintain group confidentiality, or unable to commit to attendance. Session frequency and overall pacing are tailored to your goals in treatment planning. Group-4 remains part of our protocol library. Current group cohorts run on Immersion-3.

Routes and container.

Routes: Route of administration is determined collaboratively with the medical prescriber during treatment planning. Dose is reviewed with your prescriber from session to session. The experiential session is held in the group space with two facilitators present. Somatic support is close. Confidentiality depends on all members. Onsite monitoring, no take-home.

Plain Terms

What we will always be clear about.

  • Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic; its use for mental-health treatment is off-label and considered experimental.
  • Benefits vary, and screening decides fit.
  • Every session is monitored onsite. No take-home ketamine, and no driving afterward.
  • Confidentiality in a group is a shared commitment, not a guarantee. We talk about this in preparation.
  • In crisis? Call 911, or call or text 988. We are not a crisis service.
