Psychedelic Integration

A meaningful experience does not interpret itself. Integration offers a legal, therapeutic place to process what surfaced and decide how—or whether—it belongs in the life you are building.

What to carry forward

  1. Integration supports meaning-making, regulation, relationship work, and practical action after an experience.
  2. Support is available after LuminaThera care or an experience that occurred elsewhere.
  3. Integration therapy does not include sourcing, supplying, or referring for illegal substances.
01

What integration is.

Integration is the work of holding what surfaced, understanding it, and carrying it into how you live, relate, and choose. A powerful experience can fade without it.

We help with processing, nervous system regulation, relationship dynamics, and translating insight into grounded action.

02

A wider doorway into care.

Integration may support people completing a LuminaThera program and people who had a ketamine or other psychedelic experience elsewhere and want skilled therapeutic support afterward.

You do not need to arrive with a single interpretation or a polished story. The work can begin with uncertainty.

03

Support beyond our walls.

Good integration support exists outside any one practice, and we would rather point to it than pretend otherwise. The Fireside Project offers a free, confidential psychedelic peer-support line, before or after an experience. MAPS publishes a thorough integration guide grounded in decades of research.

Three books we actually recommend: The Ketamine Papers (Wolfson and Hartelius) for the clinical foundations of KAP, Consciousness Medicine (Bourzat) on preparation and integration as one continuous practice, and A Dose of Hope (Engle) as an approachable first read on ketamine therapy.

Orientation, not an assessment

We provide psychotherapy and integration support within legal and ethical boundaries. We do not source, supply, or refer for illegal substances or facilitate unsanctioned experiences.

We do not currently offer psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy. This page is for education and updates. We share changes in legal status and availability through our email list.

We provide psychotherapy and integration support. We do not source, supply, or refer for illegal substances.

In crisis, call 911 or call or text 988. LuminaThera is not a crisis service.
