Understand the offering
The container, in plain language.
LuminaThera offers psychedelic integration for experiences that took place elsewhere, including self-guided and retreat experiences. This work can support reflection, grounding, and next-step planning; it does not retroactively make an experience medically supervised.
- Relationship to medicine
- No medicine is provided, prescribed, sourced, or supervised as part of this service.
- Therapist or provider relationship
- This can complement an existing therapeutic relationship. Scope and coordination are discussed at the outset.
- Cadence
- One or more 50-minute sessions according to need and scope
Orientation, not diagnosis
When this service may be relevant.
It may be useful when
- You want help reflecting on or integrating an experience that occurred elsewhere.
- You are preparing for a self-guided or retreat experience and want a grounded space to consider intention, support, and aftercare.
- You want help translating insight into choices, relationships, routines, therapy, or daily life.
Limits and fit
This service does not provide substances, medical clearance, dosing advice, emergency care, or supervision of an outside experience. It does not guarantee that an experience will be beneficial or safe.
The care arc
What happens, and why it matters.
- 01
Orient
We clarify what happened or what is being planned, the surrounding context, and the support already in place.
- 02
Stabilize
When needed, the priority is grounding, sleep, routine, connection, and identifying whether more urgent or specialized help is appropriate.
- 03
Make meaning
We explore the experience without forcing a single interpretation or treating every image or feeling as literal truth.
- 04
Integrate
We identify small, testable ways to carry useful learning into relationships, routines, therapy, and daily life.
Coordinated care
Who holds what.
LuminaThera therapist

Your existing providers
May remain central to ongoing medical or mental-health care; coordination happens only with appropriate consent.
You
Retain authorship over meaning, choices, and what you decide not to pursue.

Clinical boundaries
What this service does not promise.
LuminaThera does not source illegal substances, supervise outside use, or provide emergency or crisis services through integration appointments. If an experience has been followed by severe distress, loss of sleep, confusion, risk of harm, or inability to function, seek urgent medical or crisis support rather than waiting for a routine appointment.
